Fridays — Long runs, tempo, threshold work

What About 1:1 Support?

You’ll have my email and phone number. Text with questions. Call me. I want to support your summer build-up however I can. Before the program starts, we’ll meet individually to talk through your training and build a plan based on your needs and strengths.

Is There a Minimum Time to Be Eligible?

The program is for intermediate cross country runners. A general guideline — not a hard rule — is a 5K PR under 20:00 for boys and under 22:30 for girls. We may have runners under 16:00 and runners at 23:00. Workout paces are individualized.
